jackie sissel is on those same. >> good morning james. for the second time in two years these 49ers are hoping to see another win at the divisional playoffs on saturday. tickets go on sale this morning. 10:00 a.m. on ticket master. because the 49ers have such a huge season ticket base it is unclear how many of these tickets will be available for the general public. i went on the 49ers web site this morning and look at the pricing of the most expensive tickets are about $440. the least expensive are about a hundred and $15. even the to stub hub or craigslist of but you will pay a lot more. if you did

we have some dense fog out there, locally dense fog mainly in our inland areas. visibility is at three tenths of a mile and livermore down from 8 mi. and concord. we a seen some improvement and napa was visibility at 5 mi. there. dry with extra caution and keep a safe distance between the cars in front of you. 8:00 p.m. we are still dealing with all the fog and partly cloudy conditions. but in the clock into motion, the fog will start to left. we will see mainly sunny skies into the afternoon. partly cloudy conditions around the heart of the bay. we're talking the waterfront but temperatures will be a little warmer this afternoon. five to 10 degrees warmer compared to what we saw yesterday. 60s certainly possible in napa, 61 for santa rosa, 58 expected as >> tail. there feel coming

in at 57, 59 in san jose. satellite and radar shows rain and portions of the pacific northwest. high pressure is in control over the bay area so we will see some cloud cover but temperatures will be on the warmer side. tomorrow looks like it could be warmer than the seasonal average. 7 day around the bay forecast highlights rain on wednesday night into thursday. when will pick up as well. cool and breezy but dry as we head into friday. mostly sunny skies and upper 50s as we transition into the weekend. 7:15 a.m. and here is traffic with george. >> better news of interstate 280 and is out of direction. the accident that had blood all the metal blades has been cleared all the way to the shoulder. one of the vehicles involved in the accident would down the embankment off the side of the roadway. it is likely we will continue to see some slowing for 280 southbound.

no lanes blocked it will not be nearly as bad. it will take awhile to retrieve that vehicle. interstate 680 is heavy this morning out concord in pleasant hill. southbound for 242, walnut creek heavy traffic into the san ramon valley. typical delayed pallor patterns showing up for the guadalupe parkway. northbound 1 01 n. the right here and northbound on interstate 280. the the north bay commute is start to pick up some slowing pushing the drive time to 28 minutes out of marin leading from about to the golden gate bridge. at the bay bridge there is a backup, at its back. 18 to 20 minutes drive time. the san mateo bridge has been from time to time socked with a fog but no official advisory here. there is one for the dumbarton bridge. the ride across the golden gate is problem free from marin county into san francisco. >> the alameda county

coroner has identified a man was run over and killed on 880 in oakland over the weekend. chp says 44 year- old david mayorga crossed his craft his honda civic into the center divider near high street last night and then attempted to run across four lanes of traffic. he was struck by two cars and killed. the crash brought crafted for several hours at the initial crash remains under investigation. >> the man accused of murdering seven people at tokyo's university will be back in court today for a mental competency hearing. one goh hasn't charged with murder and also faces attempted murder charges. this is video of his court hearing in april. he is accused of light on a shooting rampage at tokyo's university in april of last year. administrators say he was upset about the tool is

solo reporter jackie sissel who joins us live from candlestick. >> there will be a limited amount. they're not telling us exactly how many tickets will be available. few can imagine it is ever to go 49ers fever play all style. today the playoff tickets go on sell for the second time in two years they're hosting a divisional round playoff game against green bay packers on saturday. tickets for the game to the general public go on sale today at 10:00 a.m.. you are only able to get them through ticketmaster. you cannot get them here. you have to go through ticketmaster to get them. as you said, they have a huge ticket base. it is unclear exactly how many of the tickets will go on sale. i did go on there website to get and maka price idea. the highest are about $430. at face value $115 a lowest price. beatin

>> we are still calling the san mateo bridge drive a hot spot this morning. it looks like it is doing reasonably well but is still quite slow across the span. the back up still reaches beyond the toll plaza, about half the distance from the toll plaza to the nimitz freeway. it is still a bridge too far and a bridge to avoid. you are better off using now the dumbarton bridge or the san francisco oakland bay bridge. a recent stall or an accident at the incline and traffic is still moving faster and more quickly than the ride across the san mateo bridge. the golden gate bridge 1 01 southbound is delay free. no problems for you here. the key of traffic maps as we look your ride first the east bay you will see that things have been out pretty nicely here on 80 westbound. essentially on 680 which was quite heavily backed up this morning. south bay freeways look good, 85 is still slow
